Bulcode is momenteel actief in twee landen - Bulgarije en Luxemburg, maar onze ontwikkelaars werken vanuit ons kantoor in Sofia, Bulgarije. U profiteert dus van teams op afstand die nauw samenwerken met hun collega's en op elk moment gebruik kunnen maken van hun gezamenlijke expertise.
Bij Bulcode is Engels de officiële werktaal. We eisen van onze ontwikkelaars dat ze vloeiend Engels spreken en schrijven en dat ze hun taalvaardigheden voortdurend verbeteren met professionele cursussen Engels.
Natuurlijk is er een tijdsverschil, maar in Bulcode beperken we de gevolgen daarvan door digitale software te gebruiken en minstens 2 uur overlap beschikbaar te zijn voor dagelijkse syncs en andere teamactiviteiten.
