As the COO at Bulcode, I am responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, from developing and executing strategic plans to managing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Before taking on my current role as COO, I served in various technical lead roles where I developed a wealth of experience in development, project management, and team leadership. Over the years, I have led numerous projects across a range of industries, including healthcare, finance, education, and governments.

As a technical lead, I honed my skills in managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring that projects were delivered on time and within budget. I also developed a keen eye for identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and increasing efficiencies.
